Service Description

The Daytime Venue Rental is $125/hour with a minimum of 4 hours - A 50% down payment is required in order to reserve the venue for your event. Cleanup time is included in paid time. We will provide 2 hrs. prior to start time for setup. No refunds. All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. Children are welcome to attend the event and must be under supervision at all times. Venues comes with: (Up to 6) - 6ft rectangle tables, (1) 4ft rectangle table, (1) 6ft rectangle table, 50 chairs. **We will host up to 50ppl at this location. See The Grand U for parties up to 115ppl.** There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit due with final payment. It will be returned within 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. *See cleanup guidelines in contract.*
