Service Description

A 50% down payment is required in order to reserve the venue for your event. Setup and cleanup time is included. No refunds. All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. Children are welcome to attend the event and must be under supervision at all times. Venues comes with: (Up to 6) - 6ft rectangle tables, (1) 4ft rectangle table, (1) 6ft rectangle table, 50 chairs. **We will host up to 50ppl at this location. See The Grand U for parties up to 115ppl.** An additional $300 security deposit is due with final and will be returned 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue.
