Service Description

Evening Events are from 6pm to 12am. This includes setup and rental time. Party Package (Includes: Centerpieces (Floral/2 candles/Mirror), Standard Tablecloths, Standard Napkins, Chargers). All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. Children are welcome to attend the event and needs to be under supervision at all times. No refunds. Venues comes with 10 - 6ft rectangle tables, 80 chairs. See add-ons for cost of additional tables and chairs. The venue will accommodate up to 115 ppl. There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit due with final payment. It will be returned within 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. *See cleanup guidelines in contract.*
