Party Package (Includes: Centerpieces (Floral/2 candles/Mirror), Standard Tablecloths). **A min. of $500 bar tab is required with this booking** All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. Children are welcome to attend the event and needs to be under supervision at all times. No refunds. Venues provides 6ft rectangle or round tables and chairs. 2 dressing rooms, 3 bathrooms, prep kitchen with microwave, large food warming cabinet, sink, and a private smoking patio for smokers. There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit due with final payment. It will be returned within 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. *See cleanup guidelines in contract.*
