Service Description

A 50% down payment is required in order to reserve the venue for your event. Clean up and setup and cleanup time is included. No refunds. All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. Children are welcome to attend the event and must be under supervision at all times. Venues comes with: (Up to 6) - 6ft rectangle tables, (1) 4ft rectangle table, (1) 6ft rectangle table, 50 chairs. **We will host up to 50ppl at this location. See The Grand U for parties up to 115ppl.** An additional $300 security deposit is due with final and will be returned 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue.
