Service Description

Parties for people over 21 and older. Children are welcome to attend but will need to be supervised at all time. No refunds. No smoking or outside alcohol can be brought into the venue. Violation is subject to forfeit the security deposit. VENUE PROVIDES: 6FT RECTANGLE OR ROUND TABLES, CHAIRS, ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE, 2 DRESSING ROOMS, PREP KITCHEN, PRIVATE SMOKING AREA, AND   BARTENDING SERVICES ARE INCLUDED  Requires $500 down or half of the venue rental whichever is greater. There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit due with final payment. It will be returned within 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. *See cleanup guidelines in contract.*
