All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. No children are allowed to enter the video gaming area. welcome to attend the event and must be under supervision at all times. Venues comes with: (1) - 6ft rectangle tables, (1) 4ft rectangle table, (9) high top tables, (36 barstools) (5) Oversized leather lounge chairs. See The Grand U for parties up to 115ppl.** Requires 50% down and the remaining amount is due 30 days before the event. No refunds. All bookings are final.
