    TrueLove Songs are personalized digital products created from the information provided by the customer. Because each song is custom written and produced specifically for the customer, all sales are final once production has begun.

    Customer Information

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, and story details. Lyrics will be created based on the information submitted through the TrueLove Song form.

    Lyric Approval

    Lyrics will be sent for approval prior to recording. Customers must review the lyrics carefully for spelling, names, and accuracy. There is a 24 hour window, if no response  lyrics are considered approved.

    Once lyrics are approved and production begins, changes cannot be made to the song.

    Refund Policy

    Due to the custom nature of this product, refunds, cancellations, or returns are not available once production has started.

    Personal Use License

    Customers receive a personal-use license to enjoy the song. This includes private listening, sharing with friends and family, and use for personal occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, or proposals.

    Commercial use, resale, distribution, or streaming on music platforms without written permission is not permitted.
