Service Description

Parties for people over 21 and older. Children are welcome to attend but will need to be supervised at all time. No smoking or outside alcohol can be brought into the venue. Violation is subject to forfeit the security deposit. No refunds. All bookings are final. Venue provides 6ft rectangle or round tables, chairs, 3 restrooms, prep kitchen with microwave, large food warming cabinet, sink, private patio for smokers, event Coordinator for the day, bartending services, Access to dressing rooms (Bride & Groom Suite), and access to photo room. Requires $650 down and the other half due 30 days before the event. There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit due with final payment. It will be returned within 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. *See cleanup guidelines in contract.* The total cost will be $3,800 includes $300 refundable security deposit)
