Service Description

4-Hour Venue Rental Elegant Centerpieces (Floral + 2 candles + mirror) Standard Tablecloths, Plate Chargers (Gold, Black, Silver), Napkins Plastic Dinnerware, Utensils, & Cups Catering: 2 Meats + 2 Sides + Garden Salad + Lemonade or Sweet Tea, & a $500 bar tab​. All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. Children are welcome to attend the event and needs to be under supervision at all times. No smoking or outside alcohol can be brought into the venue. Violation is subject to forfeit the security deposit. No refunds. All bookings are final. Venue provides 6ft or round rectangle tables, chairs, 3 restrooms, prep kitchen with microwave, large food warming cabinet, sink, private patio for smokers, bartending services. Party Package (Includes: 1 hours of setup/drop off, Centerpieces: Floral/2 candles/Mirror, Standard Tablecloths). No access to photo room. No access to dressing rooms (Bride & Groom Suite). Requires $500 down for venue and $250 down for caterer. There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit due with final payment. It will be returned within 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. *See cleanup guidelines in contract.* The total cost will be $4,299(includes $300 refundable security deposit)
