Service Description
A 3 hour venue rental for up to 100ppl. Any 3 hours between 10am to 5pm. Must be over by 5pm. It includes: black or white tablecloths included and floral centerpieces. Children are welcome to attend the event and needs to be under supervision at all times. No smoking or outside alcohol can be brought into the venue. Violation is subject to forfeit the security deposit. No refunds. All bookings are final. Venue provides 6ft or round rectangle tables, chairs, 3 restrooms, prep kitchen with microwave, large food warming cabinet, sink, private patio for smokers, bartending services. No access to photo room and no access to dressing rooms (Bride & Groom Suite). Requires $650 down and the other half due 30 days before the event. There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit due with final payment. It will be returned within 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. *See cleanup guidelines in contract.* The total cost will be $1,800 (includes $300 refundable security deposit)
