An additional $300 security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit will be refunded in the same method it was paid within 48 hours after a thorough inspection of the venue has been completed. The refund will only be issued if no damages are found and no excessive cleaning is required. No Refunds. Setup and Clean Up Time included
