Service Description

This is a 10 hour rental. There are cocktail tables and oversized lounge furniture. 36 seats total. A private outdoor smoking area with 11 seats. No refunds. Food is available for purchase. Outside food ONLY allowed with a $300 minimum bar tab. All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. No children are allowed to enter. Venues comes with: (1) - 6ft rectangle tables, (1) 4ft rectangle table, (9) high top tables, (36 barstools) (5) Oversized leather lounge chairs. No Refunds. All bookings are final.
