Service Description

This is a 6 hour rental. Time includes setup and breakdown. For parties of 50 ppl or less. Food & Bar Purchased is required. Outside food is only allowed with a $300 prepaid bar tab. No Outside Food or Alcohol outside. There is an additional $200 security deposit due with final payment and will be returned within 48 hrs of the party and the venue has been inspected and free of any damages and excessive cleaning. There are cocktail tables and oversized lounge furniture. 36 seats total. A private outdoor smoking area with 11 seats. No Refunds. All bookings are final. All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. No children are allowed to enter. Venues comes with: (1) - 6ft rectangle tables, (1) 4ft rectangle table, (9) high top tables, (36 barstools) (6) Oversized leather lounge chairs.
