Weekday Take Over Rate (Mon - Thur)

Service Description

Any day during the week - Day 1 - 4hrs Setup, Rehearsal, Day 2 - 10 hrs Full Event, Day 3 - 2hrs Cleanup, pickup, walkthrough. This rate does not include decorations. All days must be available in order to get the rate. There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit that will be returned within 48 hrs after the event. All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. Children are welcome to attend the event and needs to be under supervision at all times. No refunds. All bookings are final. Venue provides 6ft rectangle or round tables, chairs, 3 restrooms, 2 dressing rooms, prep kitchen with microwave, large food warming cabinet, sink, private patio for smokers, bartending services. Requires 50% down and the other half due 30 days before the event.
