Service Description

Any day during the week - Day 1 - 4hrs Setup, Rehearsal, Day 2 - 10 hrs Full Event, Day 3 - 2hrs Cleanup, pickup, walkthrough. This rate does not include decorations. All days must be available in order to get the rate. Parties for people over 21 and older. Children are welcome to attend but will need to be supervised at all time. No smoking or outside alcohol can be brought into the venue. Violation is subject to forfeit the security deposit. No refunds. All bookings are final. Venue provides 6ft or round rectangle tables, chairs, 3 restrooms, prep kitchen with microwave, large food warming cabinet, sink, private patio for smokers, bartending services. Access to photo room. No access to dressing rooms (Bride & Groom Suite). Requires $1,000 down and the other half due 30 days before the event. There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit due with final payment. It will be returned within 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. *See cleanup guidelines in contract.* The total cost will be $2,800. (includes $300 refundable security deposit)
