At The U, we’ll make sure the vision for your special event becomes a reality and goes off without a glitch. Our Event Hall offers everything you need to create the stunning occasion you and your guests will always remember. We are a family friendly venue but all parties must be for guests over the age of 21 yrs. old. We allow outside catering, but outside alcohol is prohibited inside the venue.

50% OF THE VENUE IS NEEDED TO BOOK THE DATE AND TIME. IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ALL RENTAL AT PAID WITH FINAL PAYMENT, REFUNDABLE WITHIN 48 HRS DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE VENUE.
