Party Package (Includes: Centerpieces (Floral/2 candles/Mirror), Standard Tablecloths). **A min. of $300 bar tab is required with this booking** All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. Children are welcome to attend the event and needs to be under supervision at all times. No refunds. Venue provides 6ft rectangle or round tables, chairs, 3 restrooms, 2 dressing rooms, prep kitchen with microwave, large food warming cabinet, sink, private patio for smokers, bartending services. There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit due with final payment. It will be returned within 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. *See cleanup guidelines in contract.*
