Service Description

This is an 8 hour rental. If more time is needed let us know. No refunds. All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. No children are allowed to enter. Venues comes with: (1) - 6ft rectangle tables, (1) 4ft rectangle table, (9) high top tables, (36 barstools) An additional $300 security deposit is due with final and will be returned 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. No smoking or outside alcohol can be brought into the venue. Violation may cause forfeit of the deposit.
