Service Description

This is a 4 hour rental. More time can be purchased if need. No refunds. All events must be for adults 21 yrs. & older on the date of the event. No children are allowed to enter. Venues comes with: (1) - 6ft rectangle tables, (1) 4ft rectangle table, (9) high top tables, (36 barstools) (5) Oversized leather lounge chairs. An additional $300 security deposit is due with final and will be returned 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue. No smoking or outside alcohol can be brought into the venue. Violation may cause forfeit of the deposit. No refunds.
